$2.1 billion in real estate transactions. Not as a listing agent.
I grew up in Glasgow, Scotland. Nobody in my family had anything to do with real estate. I made the move when the real estate market was in institutional collapse — there was more opportunity in the wreckage than most people were willing to look for.
I oversaw the liquidation of over $2.1 billion in non-performing real estate assets for major lenders during that collapse. Along the way I trained forty-five investors who collectively netted $1.62 million in ninety days — not by chasing volume, but by understanding exactly what a distressed asset was actually worth and who would pay for it.
After relocating to Miami in 2020, I watched the largest wealth-relocation event of our generation unfold in real time. Citadel moved its headquarters here. So did Blackstone, Apollo, and hundreds of family offices. Family offices, fund managers, and founders are moving capital — and lives — here from New York, Chicago, and London. They are not searching Zillow. They are calling someone they trust.
I don't compete for volume. I work with a very small number of clients at any one time. I find what isn't listed. I close what others can't access.
Some properties aren't for sale. Until the right call is made.
